Help on small academic survey on ZBrush usability

Hi !

We are 3 students reading a HCI-course at UNI we are working on a usability project and have chosen to focus on ZBrush, therefore we need some help from you ZBrush users to answer some questions.

Our task is to analyse the work flow and see if there are any improvements to make to speed up the learning process and the overall usaiblity.

It would be rellay nice if you took the time to answer the following questions:

  1. Do you have any experience in analogue or digital art/production before you started with ZBrush, if so what application, media and for how long ?

  2. How long did it take before you learned ZBrush ?

  3. How did you learn ZBrush, from the manual or tutorials etc ?

  4. What was the biggest obstacle to overcome and what was the most frequent errors you made in the beginning ?

  5. If you could change/add features in ZBrush, what would that be ?
