I inherited a wacom tablet and have no friggin clue where it plugs in. I am not very computer savvy. It doesn’t have a usb port and I can’t find a matching plug anywhere on my tower or monitor. I feel like i am missing something. Can someone please help me. Thanks.
Serial port…ala your printer port…if you don’t happen to have an open serial connection. What is the Wacom’s model?
My Wacom tablets have all had a usb plug. Ha it been altered? Ask the donor what they used, or maybe take it to Radio-Shack and get an adapter. You may also contact Wacom and ask them.
do you mean your computer doesnt have a usb port or you tablet doesnt have a usb plug?
The tablet itself has a plug I am not familiar with. It looks a lot like a monitor plug but a bit smaller and it is male. No clue. I think I am going to take it to an IT guy at work and see what he thinks. Thanks for all the input guys, I appreciate it.
maybe you need an adapter like this.

I believe Serial Port was the correct answer?
the earliest versions of wacom tablets used serial connectors. the link below someone posted with a serial to usb connector should work for you…You might have a hard time finding a driver for it though if you didn’t inherit that as well. I might still have some old disks with drivers on them if you don’t…maybe I have one for the model you have.
serial connectori is right… btw… wacom drivers do work on them… u’ll be fine
