Helldog

Just a WIP I’m working on. So far I’m happy with the proportions now. Next Step will be to add details

LowPoly Mesh created in Cinema4D, Sculpted in ZBrush and rendered in Messiah:Studio

nice work this is a pic i made

:+1: I like the way you did the feet / claws. This will be an interesting one to watch.

I think it’s so cute!
I want to see that it is sitting down at front of bone.
It is not eaten until there is a command of a master.

Here it is after being sculpted. Added ears, teeth and played with the muscles, this time its a pure ZBrush render.HellDogExample.jpg

Reminds me of a Gargoyle I saw a long time ago…

Very nice looking charictor

Well, as I had to change the basemodel (it contained threesided polygons) I had to begin again. Anyway, I modelled the teeth in C4D and added then in the renderer. As I learned a couple of things, shaping the muscles went much faster this time

Here is how its looking like now with a basic color map, rendered in Messiah:Studio

…me parecio ver un lindo perrito!!!..

this head seems evil too ))) need some work done for it though

this head would stand nice on your dogs body… maybe you can get some of those wrinkles on your doggy too to give him some extra bite

Finally my Cinema4D R9 upgrade arrived today and I’m able to render my helldog with displacementmap in cinema. I’m very pleased how the displacementmap I created in ZBrush works in cinema.

Next step will be to add more structure to its skin so it looks even more gruesome

Rendered in Cinema4D
