HD Geometry and UVW Maps

Hello, first of all I know I’m an idiot. I have sculpted my model in HD Geometry without applying it GUVTiles coordinates, and now I can’t go back to subdivision 1 and apply GUVTiles. The problem is that I don’t want to lose my work on HD Geometry, but I must apply the UVW coordinates. What can I do? Why the program doesn’t allow you to do a UWV Map in HD Geometry?

Thank you very much… I have read some messages here but they don’t really help me.

HD Geometry can’t currently be exported from ZBrush. Since there’s no way at this time to get the details out of ZBrush, UV mapping with an HD model is literally a waste of system resources. (UV mapping is an extra set of numbers that the computer has to keep track of.)

Problem solved: The HD Geometry can’t be generated into a normal map, so this feature is useless for external programs. Right now there’s no way to get the HD Geometry out of Zbrush, so, if you’re planning to export the HD Geometry to a normal map and then render it in 3D Max, Blender, XSI, or Maya… you can’t. The best you can do is put it in subdivision 7/8 (if your computer can handle it) and do the details. If you want to do this you must remove the HD Geometry, to do this clone the tool by pressing ‘Clone’ button.

Also (and this was my problem), if you didn’t apply a UVW Map to your tool and you’re sculpting in HD Geometry, don’t worry, you can apply it GUV or UVWTiles with HD Geometry if is not active. To do this put the tool at the lowest subdivision and click one of the UVW Maps buttons.
