Hard edges in Displacement map

Hey guys
i have a displacement map problem in zbrush and hope you can help me. when i want to export displacement map in Zbrush it doesn’t give me a smooth result in some area and it follow the polygons (pic)

i tried different export options one with adaptive and smooth uv turned off other with smooth uv on and adaptive off and last one with smooth uv off and adaptive on
when smooth uv was on its a bit smoother but even the result was not good.
i have subdivided mesh by 4 level and also i used Geometry HD by 3 subdiv’s.
