Here's my first concept. I've got better ideas about where I'm going to take it but I'll post those later. []

this guy is great, some lovely texture work and good initial colour scheme. I really like the tree texture, and the troll texture kinda echos the bark which is nice. Not much to crit here, left calf looks a bit flat compared to the right. I would think the calf working the leg would be more bulged than the right which looks a bit pumped! small crit really on an otherwise great model.
