Back in 2021, we started working on a new line for QMx called Q-Fig Minis. The idea was to have famous characters from Disney, Marvel, DC, etc, but portrayed as little kids. I was responsible to work on Hades, which is my favourite Disney villain, so I couldn’t be more excited. It is still one of my favourite projects while being part of the Creative team at QMx. My Art Director at the time, Mohammed Haque, gave me a lot of freedom and I managed to try a few different things on Hades face to make him look cute.
