How can I choose the color of a group
(Tool / polygroups / group visible) ?
I have different groups on a face, I want to choose and define the color of each group separately
(otherwise the colors are automatically defined)

If you select a single group by Ctrl+Shift+clicking it, pressing ‘Group Visible’ repeatedly will cycle through different colors. Make sure you only select one group at a time.
Thanks for the reply about cycles
Does it exist another way (a easier one to handle) to select a color ?
cycles aren’t very practical
If I knew of another way I would have told you. The automatic colors are designed to contrast for easy selection. You can make them brighter or paler, and you can switch them off altogether but (as far as I’m aware) there’s no other way of changing the colors.
The colors that you see are for convenience, only. As far as ZBrush is concerned, the groups are actually tracked by numerical subsets within the text making up the OBJ file. There is no way to specify a particular color for each group because the color makes no difference at all when it comes to working with your model.
ok
