"Green Slaad"

Hi ZBC!

This piece was my submission to the Alvaro Ribeiro’s instagram contest. The theme was “Creatures of the Dungeons and Dragons Universe” and I chose to sculpt a Green Slaad based on a concept made by Rudy Siswanto. Participants had 12 days to make a sculpture that match the theme and was viable to be 3D printed but I only had 7 days to work on this piece. I was fortunate enough to win first place and as the prize I got my model 3D printed. Hope to get some pictures of the statue soon.
Everything was done inside ZBrush, including the render. Post was done in Photoshop

The keys and cuts I was able to do after the contest was over. The model was only required to be viable to be 3D printed (solid pieces, no thin parts, etc)

Did you sculpt every part separately from the begining or you did the cuts in the end?

@naghi - I always worry about the cuts after the sculpture is done
