Grassy is curious about texture-master

A quick question from a newbie. I have unrapped texture coords on my mesh in 3dsMax and exported it as an obj. How do I get zbrush to respect these coords using texture-master?

Thanks

Simply import your OBJ into ZBrush and start texturing. Do not make any modifications in the Tool>Modifiers>Texture menu other than the bottom two rows should adjustments be necessary (which probably won’t be the case).

To export the finished texture, I recommend exporting the model with the texture wrapped onto it. When exporting this way (rather than exporting the texture directly from the Texture palette), ZBrush will automatically save the texture as a BMP of the same name, and will flip it vertically, perform UV adjustments, and do a Fix Seams operation to ensure the best wrap back in your other app. You can discard the exported model, and only keep the adjusted texture.
