GoZ not sends all subtools to Maya.

GoZ for Maya cannot transfer 17 or more SubTools to Maya.
“Error: File not found.” Script Editor message is displayed on the 18th piece.

There is no duplication of a name.
and It seems outputting folder “C:\Users\Public\Pixologic\GoZProjects\Default” all the subtool files.

Is there any solution?

ZBrush 4R2 with GoZ June 14, 2011 Release are installed.

Although PolyMesh3D is used in the attachment figure, it is the same even though it uses another complex object.

What version of Maya are you using? Can you also give us a screenshot of your SubTool Palette?

I checked the same problem by all the Maya versions. (Maya 2009 32/64bit ~ 2012 SAP 32/64bit)
I think that the version of Maya is not related to this problem.

Doesn’t a problem occur in your side?

This is screen capture.

You must use the GoZ version provided in ZBrush 4R2 as it fixes several issues and June’s version isn’t designed or R2.

Hi Totyo.
Thank you for the reply.

OS was clean-installed and it tried also on GoZ of the ZBrush 4R2 providing version. (to Maya 2011/2012)
The same problem comes out.

it is talking also by Pixologic Support Ticket, let’s do a continuation there.

PS: A June version is printed by Pixologic Download Center as Plugin for ZBrush4R2.
And GoZ for Photoshop and Sculptris is not contained in the ZBrush 4R2 providing version GoZ.
You have to install the June version to use them.

I’ll check that, but it’s weird that the installers have GoZ for Photoshop and Sculptris missing.

Anyway, we will update GoZ on the Download Center to the last version this week.

Although Dec 8, 2011 version was tested, the reading problem of Maya is not solved.

:frowning:

I missed your video in your previous post, sorry of that. It have no sound, then perhaps I miss something, but :

  • When installing GoZ for Maya, did you have the windows prompt which ask you for administrator privileges? (the video doesn’t show it)
  • You don’t need to go to the preferences to choose the target app, just click on the on the right of the GoZ buttons.
  • Both ZBrush AND Maya mustn’t be executed/run as Administrator.

But I confirm this issue, I just reproduced it in Maya 2011. We will provide a fix with ZBrush 4R2b.

The bug has been fixed. We should provide an updated version of GoZ later today or tomorrow. Then please check the Download Center later and install the last release of GoZ, by after replacing the Pixologic folder in the Users\Public folder on Windows or in Users\Shared folder on Mac OSX and then doing a force Reinstall in ZBrush GoZ preferences.

Jan 4, 2012 version of GoZ was tested.
The problem of the number of loading was solved !!

Thank you very much.

Best regards.
