Is Goz compatible is 3ds max 2020 or is there a new version for 2020 in the pipeline.

You’ll need a new version of GoZ for it to work with Max 2020. This is in the works and will be released as soon as possible.

Upgrading to ZBrush 2019.1 will resolve this for you.
