My first take in translation from Comics to Realistic design and of course for first try I wanted to be Gorr. “Gorr the God butcher” one of the greatest story ever told when it comes to character of Thor.

Cool character to work on, looks great for a first try. Perhaps adding a bit more perspective to your render (as illustrated in the 2D version) would add more to your final render…other than that looks cool! Good job on the cape and arm/hands bandage.
