Golem (not the LORT character)

This is my first post here, and my first Zbrush Character model. I did some tutorials out of the practical guide, then put this together. I love this tool, and it looks like many other folks do too. I’ve been a long time Maya user, but I can see that Zbrush will be taking over my modeling time. Any comments or critiques are most welcome because I am a Zbrush novice and can use the help.

The character is a Golem (a clay like zombie) and was modelled in Zbrush, posed in Maya, then finished up in Zbrush. I realized now this was the dumbest pipeline I could possibly work under- but like I said, I’m a begginner.

I really like this one.
The imperfect shape is what makes it perfect, it’s as though it actually spawned from a lump of clay, and the spell inscribed on varrious parts of it’s body really solidifies the golem mythology part I think.
I sort of get the idea that if you ran a smoothing brush over the parts with the writing the golem would return to it’s shapeless form.
I have to congradulate you on the awsome texture too, it works well here.
Excellent job, keep it up.
