I’ve been looking at a site and it’s turning out to be quite an eye catcher and it look interesting. I’m just wondering when it’s coming out. Does anyone know or ever heard of it? I heard from a friend that the artists used zbrush. Thought I’d put it up for you guys to have a look…
Has anyone looked at the site? What you guys thing? Worth the money to see it when it comes out?
I’ll say it:
What site?
didnt see it on imdb or on rottentomatoes.com …if I find out something I will chime in again…

Yeah a static page is so great to look at. Did I miss something? Or was this just a bad marketing attempt? They seem to be recruiting talent, not sure for what. May I suggest a writer. Oh heck get a…
I actually like the layout for the site, it’s interesting and fresh and hopefully promising… I wonder what’s the lastest on the site and it’s progress.
cough shill* cough*. I thought you guys were required by law to identify who you were working for now when you do this sort of thing?
What do you mean, can you explain?
Whoa! What the heck is this? Weird. Don’t put this on a resume’.:td:
I’m not a graphics person but the layout looks nice, it has a kewl colourful look about it. Whats the worse thing about this?
I wonder whats going on with this… any ideas anyone?
I saw that it has some companies supporting it. Must be expanding their financial foundation through various companies…I wonder if any big companies would be in on it, like Apple, Dreamworks, Weta or Lucas Arts. I looked up the movie in imdb but nothing…any one got anything?
I read it is financed by Dreamquirks. It is a feature which is as stunning as it’s promoting web page. The plot takes place in the jungle of Tobago. Close to Speyside. The production is directed by a descendant of Edward D. Wood Jr.'s offspring Dieter G. Wood Jr. who devoted himself to the production of screen works equaling the magnificence of his grand fathers works like ‘Plan 9 from outer space’. Here is a picture of Dieter:

The plot of the feature is currently, but not limited to killer tomatoes from outer space, which attack humans and try to take over the Vatican and thus triggering God’s Fury. The last part is not quite worked out as far as I heard. Here is a secret screen shot:

According to the sophisticated story line the earthly defense is organized by highly intelligent meatloaf. The original idea to cast fruit cakes was dropped because of their apparent popularity problems. But those are only rumors.
Here is another secret scene photo of Captain Loafer:

That’s all what was leaked to me, I hope it helps!

Update: Suny Japan seems to be interested in this feature. But they insist that Ninja’s (what else?!) are integrated. Here another pre-production scene:

I’m going to assume that that was a joke. Very funny man. I wonder how the designer of the site would feel if he read this thread…lol…
So wait, did you just stumble upon some page claiming they were making a movie and post it, despite it being a hideous abomination of a page with absolutely no content?
I’m assuming you aren’t an agent for the production, since that’s what you’ve said, but if you’re not, you should find a bit more impressive site to post to the forum.
I do have connections to the site and the movie and yes it is a movie. The page that you see at the url’s end is simply a test page for the site. On Wednesday 14th February 2007, the site will be officially launched World Wide.
Furthermore, the site at present portrays something more than being a hideous abomination of a page with absolutely no content?’ With what I’ve seen in the pre and post production stages of the special effects department, is nothing less than pure cinematic magic.
Finally, I am indeed an advertising agent for the company ‘Carphology Entertainment’ and this company is indeed on the rise to something the world has yet to see.
…The dust has been blown into the air and if you wait for it to settle, the magic will captivate you with endless possibilities. Walk away and you might be departing from the greatest visual display you’ll ever live to see. So I leave it up to you to decide and wait for the 14th Feb and unravel the magic YOURSELF…
My Birthday is the 18th of Feb… do I get a free pass?
Lemo
PS:I guess there are no killer tomatoes then… Sigh… there goes the cinematic magic
Well if you subscribe to the website you’re birthday can be displayed when the site launches as a fan of the movie…

Tricky wordings in your post…kind of misleading to a degree. Innocent as as someone coming across the site but then recanting somewhat to disclose your association with the production in some capacity.
I wonder when it’s coming out? and then later giving the Feb. 14th release.
You have seen the effects and preproduction stuff? It is magic? Not according to the site. The site shows a movie in preproduction that is still as was said earlier, looking for filling talent(s) for the feature. Also you state it’s a test site for the real launching of a web page or words to that effect. Honestly…The site gives a link to the Tinidad nation…and has a photo gallery of mostly 20 somethings lounging about…There is no meat and potatoes to the Trinination web site or to the God’s Fury test page.
Furthermore, the site at present portrays something more than being a hideous abomination of a page with absolutely no content?’ With what I’ve seen in the pre and post production stages of the special effects department, is nothing less than pure cinematic magic.
For a web page design, that is a very simple design. As an independent film (which I am assuming it is) your goal should be to dazzle the audience of the web page. One small vague paragraph tells nothing about the movie. Guy goes to rescue his girlfriend who is being held captive. The site has failed to give much interest to the film/ story. We do not know if the film is an apocolyptic movie of the end times/ rapture? Is it just a film shot in a vacant lot behind your apartment complex with some street thugs holding the heroine captive? No content…
Special effects…well you are in a forum where that magic is brought to life. Many of the forum members are industry and film leaders. That is where interest will be on ZBC’s part, more than likely…
Marketing is what it appears is what you are after and a test audience to give you much needed feedback.
The site at present is ineffective from my standpoint.
Your vision of the Carpthology Ent. group is great, but talk is cheap…seriously…you state, from what you have seen etc…you have to show that on the site…and with the 14th so so close…grass roots advertising is powerful but you have to show something worthy in order for it to work, imho…
My advice…take the site down. Start over…(you could do this in one evening…it’s not rocket science ) Update and tweak at the movie progress…Get actual production stills to present…and Even the cheapest of cheap paperbacks at least give a person a “good teaser” on the back cover to let you know the story and what the book is about…to draw you in and make you want it…that is marketing…
At least get some of the concept work up as a movie poster of sorts, then enter the site and tell about the movie. As it stands right now, for me personally from what the site shows is a prospective project at best with an undefined storyline.
I don’t mean to dog you, or the work done on the site, or the movie project itself, but you wanted some honest response(s). I think the site can be made to appear more professional rather than as a run of the mill homepage made from simple templates in Front page98.
One question, is the zbrush artist doing effects on the upcoming web site or on the movie itself?
I look forward to you response and to updates on the new site and the movie progression. I am an avid indy fan and movie junky in general. You promise alot from this, but as everyone knows…if it sounds to good to be true…well…you know the rest of that one…
kind regards,
ps. Lemo…roflmao…you are the man…(but ya gotta love Ed Woods)
