Is ZB the tool for this job?
I have been asked to create a 3D Glass Logo. They want the logo to be just like the attached one except in glass.
The existing logo is attached.

Something like Modo 301 is better for this type of thing (or MAX< MAYA, XSI, C4D etc), ZB doesn’t do text or glass as such, you can achieve the results you want but not as quickly & convincingly…
If I had a choice I’d use Vue 6 Infinite. The included text modeler will create that exactly, including seperate materials on the sides and front, as well as contours or beveling. Vue also does awesome renders without the tedious setup.
Vue would do the job you’re correct, but Modo 301 would give better results quicker, I have both Vue Infinite & Modo 301, both have text editors but Vues renderer is painfully slow if you want decent results…
