Giuseppe Guzzardi Sketchbook

HI,

After some years of modeling and after seeing so many wonderful images in this forum I decided to try to show some of my work on this sketchbook thread, I hope you will comment and especially have fun!

This first one is a character from Gormiti a series of children’s toys, his name is “The Lord of the Forest”.
I was asked by Canecane (www.canecane.com an Italian vfx company), to transform the toy into a photorealistic character for submission in the production of “The Gormiti” (The movie) as a pre-production test. I started with the real toy on my desk and I created the 2D rough concept of the character. Then I turned it into a 3D character in ZBrush.

Can you tell me how can I get the images directly in the body of the message please?

Should be a box to check where you upload that says Insert inline.

I did it but no result. Any solution more? Any F.A.Q. for this? Thanks

I’ve had it fail on me too, at least once. After upload, select them all and then that box, should work. Not sure what cause could be. Once they’re uploaded and displayed, as far as I know there’s no way to change it. Further info>> http://www.zbrushcentral.com/misc.php?do=bbcode

I don’t remember if I did it before or after the upload…, Thank you for this link!

(I’ve already fixed your initial post for you. :))

Thank you, I appreciated!

These armorial bearings are one of the several high-resolution objects I modeled for the movie “S. Pietroburgo” directed by Giuliano Montaldo.
In the final effect, these objects are catapulted out of a cathedral in St. Petersburg after its oneiric explosion.
The principle model was realized in 3ds Max, whilst the modeling of the details has been done in ZBrush, just like the final rendering of the image.
For postproduction I used Photoshop.

This is the final Render
