hi all new here.
this has been a huge learning curve for me. my first character design/portrait. i never thought i could do this when i started. the sleepless nights and so much researching and reading documentation and Youtube tutorials, I finally finished this. I am so proud of this and yes i know i have a long way to go and so much to learn. this is the first step. i hope you guys enjoy this as much as i have enjoyed making it. thanks for watching. 
moving on… lol! i was aiming for a natural African skin, i wanted some thing original since i come Africa, i decided to do something close to home, i had a lot of reference, from google images. sculpted in ZBRUSH, uv with 3D COAT, hand painted the textures in SUBSTANCE PAINTER, hair was done in ORNATRIX for 3DS MAX, rendered with VRAY
