Getting rid of triangels?

Hi, does anyone know how to get rid of triangels or convert them in to quads in zbrush? Plz help I really need to know. <.>

imho i would export your model to another 3d app and do it there by hand -

Manual editing is the best option. You can try this, though:

Export the model as an OBJ. Select the Polymesh3D tool. In the Tool>Import menu, activate the Tris2Quads slider. Import your model again. ZBrush will convert as many triangles into quads as possible.

Tried that, but didn’t work out so good, mostly cus it was troublesome and I was drained and hassled and those where really feisty triangles. ^^
But I’ll give it a better shot when I have time.
