Get open/close condition of a custom sub pallete?

Hello guys
is there a way to get the condition of a custom sub pallete. I want to get info when the sub pallete is open or closed. for example return value 0 or 1

i mean this :

You can do just as we do it to track and restore Switch states interface and store it within a memblock that you save on disk.

Thanks for the help FACELESSMINDZ , but for the iswitches i use IGet to gte the state , but with the menus not work , it aways give me 1, please write a simple code just for example
