Geometry being rotated 180 after multiple MME exports

So I’m going back and forth doing displacement tests with vray and I’m using MME to export the objs and exrs, when suddenly all of the geo imported into max has been rotated 180 degrees. Once this happens, importing old objs into ZB that previously worked are now upside down as well. It’s as if something has been switched so that all objects on import and export are rotated 180 degrees, even though the only things I’ve been adjusting are the displacement settings.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

The only thing I can think of is that at some point the ZBrush import/export settings in the Preferences palette have been changed. MME does set these, resetting them when it has finished. If the plugin had been stopped half way through then the original settings wouldn’t have been restored. But this shouldn’t affect exports because MME would just reset, so this doesn’t really explain what you describe.

Thanks Marcus, cancelling the exports has been causing it…there are so many caveats I still need to learn.

I’m not sure what you mean about not affecting the exports though. Here are the settings before using MME and after cancelling MME.

What I meant was that MME will always set the exports the same, whatever they are set to when starting the plugin, so you shouldn’t see any change in the files you import into Max. The images you show are as expected.
