Geometric UV creation - Help Please

Hi Everyone… I want to create clean, straight UVs in Zbrush for really simple, lo geometry shapes (boxes and simple cuboids). For some reason when the UVs flatten, they curve, distort, and shrink some parts of the model. Is there a best practice to help keep straight edges, or something I’m missing? I build my shapes with zmodeler, low geometry, want to create a UV map that I can then apply images in photoshop. Your thoughts welcome… thanks in anticipation!
