looks good!

Thats a nice doodle daddymack well done but I think you should carry it even further into a full scene. Maybe with the ocean and waves?

It reminds me of an old picture I did in 1976 for yes… an art class! lol I was asking Bas if I should maybe make it into Z3 and was thinking of doing it as a project to be worked on while I write as a break. Some few years after I did this I ran into another picture of a woman coming out of a volcano by a french artist. He did a wonderful job with it. It just shows how certain themes repeat themselves over the years guided by the creative interpetation of the individual artist.

I wanted to show you because I am really starting to want to redo this in Z and didnt want you to think I was taking the idea from you if I decide to pursue it.

For me the pose and the feel shows a burst into freedom. Very powerful in its conception. Anyway I think you have the setup to really take this wonderful piece further. Make the students take another test and get to it LOL

o yah that Is a mushroom in the background of mine. Ummm it was the 70s! :+1:

Beautiful work there, Rob  and thanks for the timelapse too :+1:
Was there a missing subtool there? (a mushroom?) - (teasing)

You’re obviously doing your students proud, mate

Chris

sadicus… Thanks, it was fun

Tartan… lol… as a student finished his exam he caught a look at what I was doing and because he saw nipples he wanted to see more… when he saw what I was actually doing he looked cheekily disappointed… he just said ‘bloody hippy’ and walked out… The piece was inspired by my wife who’s going thru some great changes and I wanted to express my appreciation for it… I was going for the overdone 60’s psychedelic ceramic look and am happy with the overall vibe. Thanks for chiming in about how you connect with it:D Much appreciated… If I was to create a scene for her it would probably be a garden scene with lushness in front and less than lushness behind… Cheers for the nudge;) I look forward to seeing your concept in 3z man.

Atwooki… Tripper… Great to hear from you ya cheeky bugger… I’m trying… I just landed a stack of anatomy books and will be studying mammal musculature in depth over the winter… That should solidify some of my sculptural skills a bit more… Thanks man, my students are all happy atm… I just asked for a raise:P

Thanks for the great support here guys I’ve never seen such a friendly and warm community as this and genuinely appreciate it :+1: :+1:
