Here’s a little texturing test using basic geometry from mask mesh as a starting off point to experiment with texturing using Projection Master,Spotlight Painting, History Recall and Transform - 3D Copy.
Roll Brush Mandala
Sculpting and painting on single sided meshes as a test for polypaint brush creation.
This sketch uses a single roll brush (Stroke Palette > Roll) for painting - an alpha + a texture. Switching in to variations of an alpha + texture or alpha with color only + various stroke methods to create multiple effects.
It is worth noting that using different subdivision levels can be used purposefully to generate different brush responses and effects. - the striping on the ground for example was created by stretching low rez polygons
