Forum email notification not working

Hey guys,

I haven’t been able to receive any email notifications for my subscribed topics. Does anyone else have this problem? I’ve tried a lot of stuff and even contacted Pixologic, but they weren’t much help.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Have you checked to ensure that the email address that ZBC shows for you is your current email address?

Yep.

I’ll have our IT manager try to look into this for you. He may need to email you for more info.

One other thing to check: Is the thread in question one that has been featured? Very often, the process of featuring a thread requires things to be done on the back end that break subscriptions. In this case, you will need to resubscribe to the thread.

Yeah, I’ve tried re-subscribing to them.

Also, what are your notification settings in the User Options? When you list your subscriptions, are the listed as Instant notification or something else?

They’re all set to instant.
