In previous versions of ZBrush, pressing the Delete button would only delete the selected Subtool. With the introduction of folders, this behavior has changed.
Now when Delete is pressed, the Subtool alone may be deleted, or an entire folder and its contents may be deleted. This behavior appears to be contingent on whether or not the folder is expanded in Subtool menu.
Would it be possible to change the selection paradigm so that when a folder is selected, all Subtools within it are selected and there is visual feedback to that effect?
Alternatively, could all folder actions be relegated to those operations located in the folder’s gear menu?
Best,
