I’m just getting started with Zbrush and started modeling Red Hulk which is in the first stage. I obviously need to correct some areas in my mesh as the anatomy isn’t quite right. What is the best way to flatten areas I’d like to get started over again (like the abs for example)…I tried using the smooth brush but it isn’t quite doing a fresh clay start. I’d like to be able to hover the abs area and click until the mesh is completely flat so I can get started over again.
Hey Mannyhenri, Try out the HPolish & TrimDynamic brushes, they are great for flattening out areas.
Also if you haven’t already, try out the Clay Buildup brush for sculpting, it’s lovely
Play with the Z Intensity, as many brushes will likely be too strong on default settings, especially Smooth.
Cheers ~
