flat color fill problem. Answered.

I have a ztl that I have accidentally applied some hotkey(accident) to that makes my tool appear flat shaded and white. I can change the color but not the material by using the normal ‘fill’ methods. i know the mesh is fine because the polyF view is good. anyone know what this might be? i’ve checked render modes, materials and colors…

Just a guess - could it be Polypaint turned on?

Try this:

  1. Turn off Edit.
  2. Make sure that Z Intensity is set to 100.
  3. Turn Edit back on.

I just had this problem myself, and had to Google it. It was Render Drop Down set to Flat. It should be set to Preview.
