I’m working on a commission where I have a skull and a facial reconstruction of it. I need the Subtool (the skull) to stay 5mm from the surface of the other subtool.
Subtool 1 on top with the reconstruction and Subtool 2 with the skull. How can I do that?
Scene scale in Zbrush is generic by default. You don’t need specific measurements to set up proportions. Just call your units “MM”, scale your tool to the necessary proportions, and offset the subtool by 5 units.
If you have more exacting needs for real world measurements, you can use Scale Master.
