Great work!
Sorry for the double post. I forgot to rate this and I really like it.
How did you do it?
Appretiate the compliments.
I created this model in Maya as a low poly model and then imported it into Zbrush. Then Subdivided it a few times to scultpt out the low frequency details ( muscle, bones, etc.) then subdivided model again and sculpted out the high frequency details (skin flaps, skin wrinkles, bumps, etc.). The high frequency details are done mostly in projection master using the deco brush and custum alpha brushes I created in photoshop. I textured it using a combination of Zbrush and photoshop.
Hope that anwers you question.
I have to give props to the zbrushcentral community, all the tutorials and forums are great.
Here is a pic of my low poly model from Maya.

The heads looking great. nice colouring and detail.
THink the body needs some slight changes around the hip joints. the front legs seem to join at the bottom of the body and not to the side and I’d like to see the rear leg having more muscle around the sie and also come up a bit higher.
Take a look at the skeleton to see what I mean. The shoulder blades come up alot higher than on your model , the sketch adds more muscle mass to the rear legs thigh and just a minor point , I would probably thicken the base of the tail a little.
