First Zbrush Sculpt _ Banding on upload

Hey Guys,

Here is my first sculpt, really enjoying Zbrush and cant wait to create more work. Quick question, does anyone know the best resolution to upload to central. This image is 200k exactly and i am getting some banding here.

it’s due to the compression on ZBrushCentral side.
