First post

hey there guys, i’v been going through this site for the past few days and must say the work here is AMAZING!!! i studied graphic design but love drawing, and Zbrush is like taking it to the next level!!!

this is my first try in zbrush PLEASE comment or crit, it will really be appreciated, thanks manotor-4mill.jpg

Hey man its a good start…i think need get better proportions…the hands are too big and his base dont support his weight. need to be bigger…keep going

aways use references to your works…books of anatomy, internet…

I don’t have a problem with the size of the hands but if you are going to make them so big, then make them more powerful. Reference George B. Bridgman and you’ll see what I’m talking about

thanks guys will definatly look at those in future, here is another model i started last night, not sure how far it will still be going but lets call it a work in progress, again, all crits and comments are welcome!! rhino-posed.jpg

awesome

Sweet model

How did you do the hands, I need help:)

the hands was actually the reason i stopped working on this model, being new to zbrush my base mesh was not set up correctly and i had to divide my model to like 4million to be able to get the hands right, or atleast where it is now, but basically just took a pic of my own hand the based it on that…

can anybody perhaps see the “rhino” model i have posted up here earlier? it shows in the top thumbnails but i cant manage to locate it…

hi everyone,
so i had some free time this weekend and could finally get back to zbrush, i’ve decided that cos i struggled to do faces that i’d start a fresh one and follow through… the reference pic i used was only a front shot, so please crit gently. oh also the mouth area is not fully resolved and note that this is still a WIP, please crit, thanks
