final project for school(read,comment,help)

Hello every one…ive didnt posted enything for really long time but i kept looking at this great forum…anyway…
Im doing a a final project for school about prespective and 3d at paintings (last year in school… :D)

So i have to write few chepetrs about it (how prespective was develped,when,who…) and also about technics been used today.

The practical thing im doing will involve painting drawing and 3d all in one picture…its preety hard to explain
but i will try to show it sometime…the first practical project is inspierd from Escher and his work “Metamorphose”, and i want to do bees in 3d, and i remember that some pro here did a really great bees once…so…i would be really thankful for pointers or tuts.
Also links or help at the other aspects of this project would be great!

You have seen that Pixolator is a big fan of Maurits Cornelis Escher ! He puts the little lizard in many of genious examples ! With dragon too !

The use of perspective in cinema and theatre sets may also make an interesting addition to your projects. Countless films such as Hitchcocks vertigo and others such as The Cabinet of Dr Caligari use various techiques of perspective to heighten psychological effect. Or recent movies such as the Matrix that use computer generated sets synced to the viewpoint and perspective of real actors.etc etc

I’m presuming you’ve got plenty of information on Brunelleschi and Giotto and their renaissance discoveries.

The British painter David Hockney has written a fascinating book web page laying out his theories on how also the use of the lens in art has influenced and informed concepts of the 2d representation of perspective in art since the renaissance.
