I am a new user to the application ZBrush, I already have this software, but when I want to start, I get a message like this, is there anything that can solve this problem?

I don’t even have my CD of ZBrush 4R7 just yet but from my past experience with other software and a message similar to what you have means that you don’t have enough free space on your hard drive for the ZBrush application to use for it to function. Check to see if your available hard drive space matches with the ZBrush minimum specifications to operate. This is my best guess… hopefully other ZBrush users can speak more directly to you on this error message.
