Looking good. As for feedback, what I would say is to define the shape of the eyes, nose and mouth a bit more. For the eyes, there seem to be no indication of eyelids, also I would spend a little bit more time on the under eyelid and give it a little more volume. For the Nose there seems to be missing an indication of the nasal bone landmark (area that goes from bone to cartilage). Also give a little bit of definition on the wings of the nose and how they attach on the face. Lastly for the mouth I would just stretch the edge of the lips, because the edge of the mouth usually aligns to the center of the pupil. Also, I would just define the muscles of mouth a bit more. I’ve attached an image to make it more clear. Hope this helps.
