Faceted Mesh in Zbrush!

Hello, I was wondering if its possible to get rid of the faceted mesh look without having to manually smooth it out at higher division levels. I’m also not using ‘smt’ when dividing, because I would like to keep the original shape rather then smoothing out the edges at all.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

have you tried useing clay polish feature under geometry. Or useing the polish features under deformations. Or changing the settings of some of the polish and smooth brushes in the brush panel. Or turning smt on and creasing the edges to keep the hard edges instead of turning smt off. Or if this is a dynamesh model you could play with the polish and blue slider under dynamesh.

You know, I just solved it by discovering Crease! Creating a Morph Target at sub division level 1, then applying Crease, then dividing with smt on, going back to sub div 1 and switching to the Morph Target, creates the desired effect I was looking for. Thank you for the reply! Some times you just have to keep googling…
