Very impressive. A little more info on your workflow would be excellent. As others have asked, what did you do get such realistic leather textures.
Gorgeous work on the clothes! Strangely enough, because the clothes are so well made, some other elements of the scene, like the hair and woman’s face in particular really stand out as poorly done in comparison. Not a big deal really, just something you notice when you have hyper photo realism and stylized elements on the same model.
Is it all hand sculpted or did you use Marvelous Designer for the base?

To me this looks like a scan. There is no way those clothes are hand-made, especially if you compare them with the faces and the hair, the quality is not the same.
Nice image nonetheless, but would be nice to share how you made it.
