Extract a Single sided subtool (I already know about the Double button)

Hello zbrush community,
To make clothes for my videogame character, I want to extarct sub0tools from the main body.

However, this gives me a double-sided subtool which cannot easily be used in real-time videogames (huge waste of triangles!)

Unchecking the Double button in the Subtool-Geometry-Extract does not seem to do anything; the models are still double sided and unusable.

How to create a single-sided extraction?

The extract button will create 3 polygroup:
One for the top, one for the side and one for the back of the extract. Just hide the back polygroup and get rid of it with the del hidden button found in tool=>geometry=>modify topology.
