Exporting High Subdiv Model to Maya

I’ve box modeled a character in Maya and decided to export it to ZBrush (first time using) to add details, such as wrinkles, scars and etc., as well as to add texture. I’ve set the subdivision level to 4.

Once I’ve completed, I decided to move it back to Maya. When I tried to bake the texture, it forces me to change the subdivison level to 1. I changed it and continued. I used the GoZ button and made it appear in Maya. However, that removed all the details I’ve added. Is there a way which I can export it with a high subdivision?

duplicate your mesh and delete your lower subD levels. Then export out that mesh.

You may want to decimate the mesh as well if Maya can’t handle the poly count.
