Exporting FBX with seperate Subtools & one Material

Currently I’m trying to remove the need to export my sculpt to a program like blender to remove all of the material ID’s and compress them to just 1 before sending it to do UVs or substance. Is there a script out there or something that will allow me to export out my mesh as one fbx with all of the subtools names but with one material for the entire FBX? This way I can take advantage of substance painters mesh baking by name feature as well as its geometry masking feature.

Merging doesnt work, this will make it to where there is only one mesh which will cause baking errors and making masking harder ( I could use color ID’s but why not 2 birds with one stone)
