Anyone have an idea why this model when sent over to Maya from Zbrush is not centered on Y axis? I have never encountered this before. I want to start laying out the UV’s. Thanks in advance.

I don’t know exactly how GoZ automates the import/export process, but one of the things ZBrush does by default when importing a mesh is to auto-center and auto-scale it to a size that works well in Zbrush. It then records the values necessary to restore it to its original size and position upon export.
When your mesh is in ZBrush, check the Tool > Export menu. If there are values for the X, Y, or Z Offset sliders, this means that your mesh IS off -center in its original file for whatever reason, and ZBrush has moved it by those amounts to center it while you work in ZBrush.
