Export settings in tool

I noticed that each tool has his own numbers of size and location to export. For example, from the examples included in Pixologic, Earthquake has 1 scale and offset 0 for all. But most of other tools have a very long numbers for most of them, for example the Nick human also including in the Pixologic samples. My own tools have also lots of numbers even I didn’t set any and none is as simple as earthquake model. This seems to be used by OBJ export, GOZ and relation between tools.

These numbers are different to the ones stored in the size and location settings in geometry, that I guess are the real size and location of the tool. I know these export values change the original size and location of the mesh.

Why different tools have different export values, that I guess change the original size and location instead simply use the ones from the object? especially when nobody has changed them in the first place.
