Export Offset problems not centered in world

For some reason, my subtools when exporting to OBJ or FBX from a certain set of tools are having the object offset from the center. Some work fine, but this set is causing me headaches. I am wanting to use these for Unity. I did use scale master to scale them, and the objects are centered to 0,0,0. If I take a basic cylinder and export it, there is no issue. I then added a subtool from the other tool and the offset was off.

I clicked on “Center Subtools to World”. The subtools having issues were not centered after that. I reset the x/y/z center and they exported just fine. Very odd indeed.
