[FONT=Verdana]Hi I just recently bought zbrush single user license. i previously downloaded the trial version and worked on some files. now that i have installed the single user version, i am unable to open the files I previously worked with. I keep getting the file error dialogue box when opening the files. they are .zpr files which should open easily. i also recently purchased tutorials with work files. i am also not able to open them and get the same file error dialogue. they are .zbp files and .ztl. Some .ztl files i am able to open but they get stuck in drag mode and i cannot manipulate the files not change brushes. they also had to be dragged to appear on screen.
i apologize if the solutions to my queries end up due to my lack of knowledge in zbrush. i just recently started learning the program. thank you
