Error emailing activation key.

Hi! I have been trying to get my activation key, and this is what I get:

There was an error emailing your activation key.
Please try again.

If I press on back, it sends the info again, and this is what appears:

This license key has already been activated for this machine.
To send another copy of the activation key, please click the button below.

Request copy of activation key

If I press it, it goes back to the first page, where it says tha there has been an error emailing… and so on…

help me please! =P

Hi, i had the same problem myself.

Just repeat the steps for one million times-it will work after ten minutes or so :slight_smile:

wow, thanks! It took me about an hour to get the key.

I have been dong this for 1 hour 30 minutes now. LOL still no joy.

Same **** here. Why does this happen every time I upgrade!!! :mad:

if the Pixo sultans read this please send us our activation keys. your system should see that our license has been activated online already.

Maybe it’s time you find someone else besides cleverbridge. You’re the only software I use out of about 250 that have licensing errors.

by the way, I can’t keep doing it it 1 million times until it works because now the activation browser page won’t even load.
