Enabling apply dismap breaks the modeling

When you view the Dismap as an example screen, it comes out fine, but when you press the Apply button, the modeling is destroyed like this.
Any solution?

Hello @dnawo,

This is probably the result of generating a preview that does not accurately represents the amount of displacement that will occur when applying it to your mesh geometry.

Note the “Mode” button. When this button is off the displacement effect shown is a simple bump effect. This means that the silhouette of the mesh will not change no matter how far you increase the intensity. However the results you get when applying the displacement as real geometry are very much influenced by the intensity setting.

Enable the " Mode" button. Now the preview will change the silhouette of the mesh and much more accurately show the amount of displacement that will be applied. It won’t be a 1: 1 accurate preview–the results will still vary with the resolution and topology of the underlying mesh the map is being applied to. However it will give you a much better idea and won’t surprise you will a level of displacement that was not apparent in the preview.

thank you for the good answer If not, what could be the cause of these problems? Is the dismap itself wrong? I want the result to be like the preview over there…

I’m trying to make a real person using vface. However, after modifying the map with Photoshop and applying it to the modeling made with G-Lab, the result is disastrous. So I wondered if the face I made was wrong, so I applied it to the original modeling, but the dismap was applied strangely. Did I convert it wrong with photoshop? I used a photoshop addon for txturing xyz. I want to know the reason.
