trying to use editable curve polypaint but it didnt work on 4r7
i’m talking about that tutorial -
and here is what ive got-

It doesn’t work for zadd / zsub either, used to be able to create cleanly tapered strokes by adjusting the size modifier in curve mode but now the only way you can get the brush to stroke in curve mode is to turn off intensity and size and even then it won’t stroke along the curve, instead it behaves like a normal brush.
They broke curve and it makes me sad 
Windows or Mac. What settings exactly. Mine appears to work at least somewhat on Windows 7.
It’s a known issue that the curve brushes aren’t working correctly
