Hello, has anyone had this issue before?
When I attempt to dynamesh an object it keeps projecting to roughly the same polycount regardless of what resolution I set the dynamesh slider to. The outcome is always about 491,000 active points. What’s interesting is I can get a resolution lower than that, but not higher. Setting it to the lowest possible resolution (8) gets a change but anything other than that earns 491k.
The piece of geometry in question has no subdivisions, layers or masked areas that are my usual culprits when things go weird with dynamesh.
