DynaMesh Problem

I can’t figure out why my mesh is not DynaMeshing symmetrically.
From all I can tell and check the “BEFORE” mesh is symmetric.
After DynaMeshing you can see the distortion under the rib cage and in the hips.

Any suggestions on how to get the mesh to stay symmetric please?
