I made a mesh with zspheres, skinned it, and started sculpting. Even at 1024 dynamesh detail I’m limited to 249,602 polys, which is making detail work on scales extremely difficult. Anyone have any tips on how to combat this?
Did you try to make changes to your mesh before updating resolution, like smoothing or sculpting with a brush?
Scale up the mesh. You can do this in the deformation tab in the Tool Menu, then to a ‘Repeat to Other’ if you have multiple subtools. You might have to scale it up a few times to get the desired density.
I don’t have a “repeat to other” option in my deformation panel. Is this not available in ZBrush Core?
